Dr. Shreyas Narsipur
Dr. Narsipur is an Assistant Professor of Aerospace Engineering at the Mississippi State University. He is an aerodynamicist, low-order method developer, and educator and has over 10 years of experience in the field of applied aerodynamics. He has been involved in multiple research projects including low-speed airfoil and wing testing, computational analysis of multi-element airfoils, low-order method development for unsteady aerodynamic predictions, experimental characterization of small UAS propeller aerodynamics and aeroacoustics, and airfoil lift measurement using wind-tunnel wall pressures. Dr. Narsipur teaches courses in Aerodynamics and Fluid Mechanics, and serves on the AIAA Applied Aerodynamics Technical Commitee.
Dr. Narsipur holds a Ph.D. from North Carolina State University (2017), M.S. from University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign (2012), and B.Tech. from Amrita University (2006).
